Adobe Premiere Pro CC Tutorial: How to Adjust Timeline Playback Speed While Editing Tip!

In this Adobe Premiere Pro CC Tutorial, I will show you how to adjust your playback speed in the timeline when editing your projects. This means you can watch a clip in 2x speed or slow motion. This is very useful when reviewing long projects and clips.

To do this you simply have to press the J and L keys on your keyboard. L speeds up playback while J Reverses. K will bring you to a dead stop. You can Hold shift while pressing L and J to adjust the speed in lesser increments so you can fine tune your pace. Remember you can always start and stop playback quickly using the space bar like you see in the video.
